1. Summary

This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Nimbus Sites hosting subscriptions and the included website build.

2. When You Pay

You complete the payment first. After paying for hosting (monthly, annual, or lifetime), complete the onboarding form to activate your order and begin the delivery process.

3. Website Delivery Timeline

4. Refunds

• Hosting is non-refundable: Refunds will not be given for hosting services if you choose to stop using Nimbus Sites, including partial months or unused time, except where required by applicable law.
• Annual plans: Annual payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, unless required by law.
• Lifetime plans: Lifetime purchases are non-refundable, unless required by law.

If your jurisdiction provides mandatory refund rights that cannot be waived, we will comply with those laws.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription by following the cancellation instructions provided at purchase or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your site may be taken offline after the end of your current paid period.

6. Revisions & Maintenance

Your website build includes one (1) free revision round after delivery. Additional revisions and ongoing updates require a paid maintenance service.

7. Anti-Abuse / Migration Rule

This is also supported by our Fair Use Policy.

To prevent abuse of the free-build offer, if you migrate your website away from Nimbus Sites within three (3) years from signup, you agree you will forfeit the right to use the website code/files/design delivered under the free-build offer (unless you have purchased an approved transfer/buyout in writing).
